Band leader, composer and sax man John Ellis has a taste for southern soul that’s as deep and rich as the sounds from his tenor saxophone. His band, Double Wide, conjures the spirit of New Orleans with each foot-stomping performance. We can’t promise jambalaya, but we can promise great down-home jazz and a rockin’ good time.
