Customers have been enjoying the new Upper Arlington Whole Foods Market, 1555 W. Lane Ave., since its grand opening March 6.
The new 35,000-square-foot store is located about a block east of its old temporary location in the Shops at Lane Avenue and includes indoor/outdoor café The Social, where you can grab freshly brewed organic coffee or a one of the 10 beers offered on tap to drink as you shop or enjoy in the café. One of the menu favorites is sure to be Buckeye French Toast – battered, pan-fried, brioche bread stuffed with peanut butter and chocolate and served with preserves and maple syrup.
The Upper Arlington location offers not only food and groceries but also a Whole Body section featuring soaps and other care products, a Prepared Foods section complete with a kiosk ordering system, a garden center, bakery and meat department. The Cooking Upper Arlington department, formerly known as the Bulk Department, features a full-time expert on staff to teach tips and tricks about cooking.
