The City of Dublin named Cap Clegg Grand Leprechaun for the 2013 St. Patrick's Day Parade.
Cap Clegg has been named the 2013 Grand Leprechaun for the City of Dublin’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
Clegg, a Dublin resident and volunteer, will lead the March 16 parade and judge the parade float decorating contest.
Clegg, owner and operator of financial planning firm Columbus Financial Concepts, has been active in Dublin since 1999 as a member of the Dublin AM Rotary, for which he served as president from 2004-2005. Clegg is also a former board member of the Dublin Area Chamber of Commerce and was awarded 2005 Business Person of the Year. He is a board member of Leadership Dublin, for which he served as president from 2008-2009.
Currently, Clegg is vice president of the Dublin Foundation and volunteers for Horizon Prison Ministry. Clegg’s other volunteer efforts include the Dublin Irish Festival, Halloween Spooktacular, and the city’s St. Patrick’s and Independence Day parades.
