
The cold just keeps on coming, and ain’t it givin’ you the blues? Well, Johnny Winter is here to help play away the pain.
Mr. Winter will perform a live show at the Newport Music Hall Feb. 14 at 7 p.m.
The Grammy-nominated guitarist brings a style of progressive and high-energy blues rock to the stage. Hits from Winter include “Jumpin’ Jack Flash,” “Still Alive and Well” and “It’s My Own Fault.”
Johnny was also listed as Rolling Stone’s 63rd best guitarist of all time and has helped produce a number of albums with Muddy Waters.

This Sunday, Christian metalcore band For Today will hit the stage with friends The Plot in You, Like Moths to Flames, Stray from the Path and Fit for a King.
For Today will be promoting themselves before heading out on the 2014 Vans Warped Tour this summer.
Note: this concert is not for the faint of heart, but will surely get your blood moving.
