The 21st Annual Junior Golf Classic, presented by the Women’s Board of Nationwide Children’s Hospital, will provide the opportunity for children ages 9 to 18 to grab their clubs and tee up while helping raise money for their community.
“Well Kids Helping Sick Kids” is the motto for this year’s tournament, taking place on July 8 at The Ohio State University Golf Club Gray Course located at 3605 Tremont Road.
The tournament will begin at 7:45 a.m. for children ages 13 to 15 and 16 to 18 and 12:45 p.m. for the 9-12 year old division. Players must arrive one hour early for registration.
The entry fee is $95 for the 13-15 and 16-18 age divisions and $80 for 9 to 12 year olds. Lunch will be provided for all participants. Participants must register online at Nationwide-Childrens.org/JuniorGolf by June 26.
Donations for this event can be made through the Tag-a-Bag campaign, which provides each golfer with a bag tag listing the name of the contributors to the Junior Golf Classic. To donate go online or make checks payable to Nationwide Children’s Hospital by June 19.
