3. Flat Granny and Me: A Suspension of Disbelief and Fore Play (April 29 – June 6)

For Flat Granny and Me, artist Jenny Fine uses a life-size cardboard cutout of her grandmother to explore the idea of mementoes and photos as stand-ins for loved ones in this photographic exhibition. 4. Gallery of Echoes (May 1-4)

5. Impressive Impressions: Selections from Ohio University’s Kennedy Museum of Art Print Collection (May 1 – July 13)

Ohio University emeritus professor of art Donald Roberts curates this 50-piece exhibition following four decades of contemporary printmaking. An opening reception that also celebrates the 25th anniversary of the Riffe Gallery runs 5-7 p.m. May 1. http://www.riffegallery.org
