Altruism and avant-garde hairstyles will be the highlights of the 2014 Earth Jam Charity Fashion Benefit show.
Aveda Institute Columbus and Nurtur the Salon will host the event May 20 at the Lifestyle Communities Pavilion.
Featured will be guest artist Hauns Korpela, known for his runway choreography and design talent. The fashion show will also feature the work of Aveda students.
The event looks to raise $50,000 in support of Big Brothers, Big Sisters Environmental Education initiatives. More than 1,500 attendees are expected.
The VIP reception begins at 6 p.m., followed by the event, which runs from 6:30 – 10. The fashion show will run from 7:30 – 9:30.
