Things are going to get hairy at Park Street Theatre.
Columbus Children’s Theatre presents Rapunzel from Jan. 14-24 at Park Street Theatre, located at 512 Park St. Based on the story by the Brothers Grimm, Rapunzel tells the story of a long-haired girl imprisoned in a tower and the handsome prince who comes to save her.
Rapunzel is one of Columbus Children’s Theatre’s funnier productions and includes audience participation. The role of the prince will be played by George Bailey, and the role of Rapunzel will be played by Eli Brickey. The production is directed and adapted by William Goldsmith.

The Columbus Children’s Theatre’s Touring Company has been performing in schools, libraries and small theatres throughout Ohio for more than 40 years. The company is made up of 4 professional actors who perform more than 250 shows year-round. The company’s goal is to provide humor and incorporate life lessons into their productions.
Adult tickets range from $20-$25, and children and senior tickets range from $10-$15. Reservations are recommended. The Columbus Children’s Theatre also offers sensory friendly performances for those sensitive to loud or sudden noises and abrupt changes in lighting. Tickets for sensory friendly performances are $5 for all ages.
