Truberry Group has a new floor plan and model in Tartan West, Dublin's most talked about community, which features a serene vineyard backdrop near the entrance.

At the site, Truberry is building condominiums from the $360s and detached condominiums (villas) from the $450s. There are only eight villa sites remaining.

The Essex villa model in Tartan West is Truberry's newest floor plan. It is a ranch-style that can be built as a two-bedroom home with a beautiful dining room, or a three-bedroom home. The 12-by-13-foot room near the front entry can be used as an office, or can be angled with columns added for a dining room.

The master suite is more than 250 square feet and features a large master bath and walk-in closet.
