Live Nation welcomes Barry Manilow’s hit concert, “Manilow: An Evening of Music and Passion,” to Nationwide Arena on Friday, Feb. 8 at 8 p.m. Tickets are now on sale at the Nationwide Arena Ticket Office and through Ticketmaster.
Columbus is one of a limited number of exclusive concerts that Manilow will be performing away from his home base at the Las Vegas Hilton. With worldwide record sales exceeding 75 million, his work as a singer, songwriter, arranger and producer over the course of more than 40 albums has earned Barry Manilow the highest honors and the distinction of being a powerful and commanding performer.
The Greatest Songs of the Seventies is the third in a series of Manilow’s best-selling tribute albums of popular music which includes The Greatest Songs of the Fifties and The Greatest Songs of the Sixties. Recently entering the Billboard charts at #4, he is the only artist to have three Top 5 debuts on the Billboard 200 chart since 2006. The Greatest Songs of the Seventies is two distinctly unique packages, one an 18-song CD and the other a two-disc set containing a 14-song Dual Disc (audio and video layers) plus a 9-song bonus CD. This is Manilow’s 33rd charting album, his 11th Top 10 and his 10th Top 10 debut.
