6-9 points:
You are a self-motivator who likes structure and organization. You shouldn’t have too much trouble sticking to a routine if you change it up from time to time.
10-14 points: You are a team player and like to socialize while you work out.
15-18: You are spontaneous and anything from a sunny spring day to a call from friends can get you up and going. The day will depend on the activity.
