The Building Industry Association (BIA) of Central Ohio has picked New Albany as the location of the 2010 BIA Parade of Homes scheduled for July 9 through 25.
This 58th Parade in 2010 will be located in Ackerly Park, an 18-acre site near the intersection of Market Street and Main Street in the New Albany Village Center District. This location is believed to be the first ever Parade situated within the center of a community.
The BIA has previously hosted three Parades in New Albany, including the 1991 Parade, which premiered the very first neighborhoods of the New Albany Country Club communities.
