For the past 55 years, the Building Industry Association of Central Ohio has hosted the popular BIA Parade of Homes, providing thousands of people the opportunity to see the latest trends in building, interior design, landscaping, home technology, and more.

This year the association is excited to bring the BIA Parade of Homes back to Gahanna. Gahanna will delight visitors at this year’s event by showcasing the benefits and assets of a wonderful community that is close to downtown Columbus, the airport, and many other Central Ohio destinations. Parade goers also will have the opportunity to attend the annual Creekside Festival and take in the best Gahanna has to offer.

This year’s BIA Parade of Homes, in the Hannah Farms subdivision, is scheduled for June 14 through 29 and will feature eight unbelievable homes built by some of Central Ohio’s finest builders. Hannah Farms is an absolutely gorgeous subdivision surrounded by mature trees that provide an intimate setting. Hannah Farms also has close access to Gahanna’s newest park – Hannah Park – by way of a walking path through a wooded preserve area.

In addition to the Parade of Homes, the BIA sponsors other public and industry events throughout the year. BIA CondoQuest will be April 26 through May 4, featuring the fastest-growing segment of the home-building market: condominiums, including patio homes, villas and townhomes. Builders will showcase a variety of maintenance-free products both attached and detached in price ranges from $100,000 to $800,000-plus in communities all over Central Ohio.

You certainly can find a home style for your lifestyle during BIA CondoQuest. Last year, several thousand people attended the spring and fall BIA CondoQuests, which are free to the public.

Also, the 19th Annual BIA Showcase of Remodeled Homes is scheduled for May 17 and 18 and will feature some of the finest remodeling projects around the area.
