Lights, Crafts, Action!
Ohio Craft Museum holding benefit gala

Ohio Craft Museum patrons will make their appearance on the red carpet as the museum honors fine craft and the people who support it.

The Lights, Crafts, Action Gala will be held April 26 from 7:30-10:30 p.m. at the museum, 1665 W. Fifth Ave. The Hollywood-themed event will include delicious food from area restaurants at the "Blockbuster Buffet," and beverages from the "Backstage Bar."

Throughout the evening, patrons can bid on contemporary fine craft donated by Ohio Designer Craftsmen artists for the silent auction. Additionally, four-star themed baskets will be raffled off throughout the evening.

Winners will take home an abundance of items donated by area merchants including Trader Joe's, Lynd's Gourmet, Fortin Ironworks, Sax Car Wash, Harry & David, Williams Sonoma, Designs by Cameron, Studio 1400, Reed Arts, Linworth Publishing and Lifetime Fitness.

Admission is $35 per person or $175 for patron tickets, which includes four admissions and reserved seating. Proceeds from the event benefit the Ohio Craft Museum's exhibitions and children's education programs.

For more information or for tickets, call the museum at 614-486-4402. Tickets can also be purchased at the door.
