For a dose of homegrown talent and seasonal cheer, look no further than the Upper Arlington Public Library this weekend.
The UA Library Main Branch will host the 38th annual Holiday Happiness event from 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Dec. 5
Performers scheduled to perform include:
- The One More Time String Band at 10 a.m.
- Guitarist Mark Reinhart at 11:30 a.m.
- The Whitechapel Ringers Bell Choir from First Community Church at 1 p.m.
Santa and Mrs. Claus will also be on hand to visit with children from 1:30-3:30 p.m. More than 12 young performers will take part in a youth talent show at 10:30 a.m. The popular Vaughn family model train display will also return.
New this year is a visit by illustrator Jeffrey Stemen. He will draw caricatures in the atrium from 2:30-4:30 p.m. All donations for caricatures will benefit the Friends of the UAPL, the sponsor of this event and all library programming.
