Check out these shopping-specific events around Columbus
There are plenty of unique holiday shopping-oriented events in and around Columbus this season. Here are some can’t-miss picks:

November
Columbus, it’s time to open your own little blue box. Tiffany & Co. opens its doors Nov. 7 in Easton Town Center’s North District. An official ribbon cutting will be held at 10 a.m.

“People are going to see a great array of all of our celebrated collections, from our diamond engagement rings to our sterling silver to watches and wonderful gifts,” says Director Christiane Branderhorst. “One of the special things about Tiffany is we pull from our history. We pride ourselves on helping people celebrate life’s milestones and have for so long.”

Charles Lewis Tiffany opened the first store in 1837, standardizing a fixed pricing system. “When you come in, you know what you’re going to be getting for the price. It was very revolutionary for him to do that then and we proudly carry on that tradition,” Branderhorst says.

The Columbus store will be the 75th Tiffany location and the second in Ohio, after downtown Cincinnati.

“We selected Columbus because it is a premier shopping area, not just Easton, but the entire town. It is vibrant and it has such a strong luxury presence,” Branderhorst says.

An open house, with refreshments, will be held Dec. 6 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. “Come in and find out why people have been shopping with us for nearly 175 years,” Branderhorst says. “It is a great gift for local and regional shoppers, especially during the holiday season.” Visit www.tiffany.com.
