Internships
We offer a few internships, but the most popular is the editorial position.
The editorial internship is offered year-round (spring, summer and fall semesters), and looks for students eager to work and gain valuable real-world experience. Those pursuing journalism, communications or English majors are well-suited for the internship since it covers all aspects of magazine writing: interviewing, feature writing, photography, fact-checking, compiling information, basic copy editing and blog posting.
The internship is paid on a per-assignment basis and college credit can be obtained. Interns work an average of eight to 15 hours per week, depending on their availability, with the time divided over the course of the week as it best suits the intern.
