Everyone loves a parade, especially when it entails exciting new home features, a quaint and convenient town and a 25th anniversary celebration.
The BIA of Central Ohio’s annual Parade of Homes is July 10-25 in New Albany’s Ackerly Park. The preview party is July 9.
The event features eight area homebuilders, both veterans to the parade and rookies. They include Bob Webb Group, Dani Homes, Kevin Knight & Company, M/I Homes, New England Homes, Tuckerman Home Group, Weaver Custom Homes Inc. and The Zeppernick Company Custom Homes.
According to Neil Rogers, vice president of sales and marketing at Bob Webb Group, this year’s location is generating excitement.
“Bob Webb is excited to be participating in the parade because we feel that New Albany is a great community and one that allows us to build a spectacular house with a lot of detail,” he says. “New Albany always does a great job for the parade.”
The town has a lot to showcase, including the new Jeanne B. McCoy Community Center for the Arts.
“The location of this parade right in the center of New Albany makes it quite special because it is so convenient to dining, our schools, library and award-winning arts center (McCoy Center),” says Bill Ebbing, president of the New Albany Company, which is the developer of Ackerly Park.
