Everything's Waiting for You ...
Columbus Landmarks Foundation's 10th annual City Hop begins June 12 with a kick-off party hosted by participating downtown residents. It will provide an intimate glimpse into 10 premier downtown locations.
City Hop continues June 13 with a walking tour featuring more downtown residential buildings.
To celebrate its tenth anniversary, City Hop will include tours of both owner-occupied and for-sale units, downtown residents to answer questions on the urban living experience, and activities and entertainment that illustrate this year's “Loving Living Downtown” theme.
City Hop will also provide the opportunity to tour new living spaces. This year, Columbus Landmarks showcases North Bank condos, City View at 3rd, Sixty Spring, The Exchange Urban Lofts, Carlyle’s Watch, Neighborhood Launch, 8 on the Square, The Annex at River South and Ohio Lofts.

This year’s City Hop, being co-chaired by Donna Carstens, of Coldwell Banker King Thompson, and Kevin Wood, of M-E Companies, Inc., will be a self-guided walking tour of downtown living options. Pedicabs and Segway rentals will also be available during the tour.
The City Hop Kick-Off Party, June 12 at 6:30 p.m., starts with a reception followed by Progressive Parties held in three condos or historic homes in each of 10 premier downtown residential spots. Participants will sample appetizers, an entrée course, and dessert hosted by residents of the private homes.
Tickets for the Kick-Off Party are $75 each and include free admission to the City Hop tour on the following day. Individuals purchasing tickets will indicate their choice of location for the progressive party. Since space is limited, a maximum of 25 tickets will be sold for each of the 10 sites.
Advance tickets for both the Kick-Off Party and City Hop tour may be purchased by visiting the Columbus Landmarks Foundation Web site at www.columbuslandmarks.org or calling 614-221-4508.
Advance tickets for the City Hop tour are $12 for Columbus Landmarks members and $15 for non-members.
