Everyone's watching their money these days, but from March 9-15, you won't have to compromise your eating-out budget.
Columbus Restaurant Week, presented by Dine Originals Columbus, offers diners the opportunity to enjoy a meal out at a special price at more than 40 participating local eateries.
From March 9 through 15, each restaurant is creating fixed-price menus ($15 at some restaurants or $30 at others), allowing diners to enjoy wonderful food at reasonable rates.
“Independent restaurants define the culinary diversity and culture of a city and this is a wonderful way to showcase the varied and unique restaurants in Columbus,” says Diane Warren, president of Dine Original Columbus and owner of German Village's Katzinger’s Delicatessen.
Restaurant Weeks are held in many other major cities throughout the country and are ideal for creating an opportunity to try something new, or to return to an old favorite without having a special occasion.
To take advantage of Restaurant Week, simply visit or make a reservation at one of the participating restaurants, which range from casual to fine dining. The fixed-price menu deals do not include gratuity or tax. Reservations are strongly encouraged throughout the week, where applicable.
