The Little Clinic and Kroger have opened the first three convenient care clinics in the Greater Columbus area, as of the first week in March.

The Little Clinic will be staffed by nurse practitioners who can provide diagnosis and treatment of common family illnesses and write prescriptions. The Little Clinic treats minor illnesses such as earaches, coughs, flu, allergies and minor injuries and offers wellness care such as physicals, screenings and vaccinations for a price of under $60. No appointment is necessary and some major insurance plans are accepted.

The Little Clinics are located at the following Krogers: Columbus Square, 5727 Emporium Square, 43231; 199 Graceland Blvd., 43214; and East Pointe Crossing, 7000 E. Broad St., 43213.
