The cocktail is one of America's most substantial contributions to the culinary arts, and in celebration of the American cocktail and the role its played in our culture, McCormick & Schmick's seafood restaurant has developed a new cocktail program.

In doing so, it researched and recreated nearly 50 of the world's finest libations. The new cocktail menu is organized by historical era and provides a fun lesson in the origins of each drink.

The menu includes Raspberry Crusta, Pisco Sour, Immortal French 75, Moscow Mule, Ambassador Smash, Mango White, Basil Grape Refresher and many more...

McCormick & Schmick's $1.95 bar food program will complement the new class of cocktails. At the Easton Town Center, happy hour runs Monday through Friday, from 4-6:30 p.m., and again late Monday through Thursday from 9:30-10:30 p.m.
