CityScene started a feature titled “LastScene: An Artist’s View of the City,” in the July/August 2007 issue. The objective is to focus on artists who are creatively inspired by the natural subject matter Columbus provides. The artists we’ve worked with have kindly submitted their imaginative translations of the city, with depictions of downtown buildings, neighborhood attractions and obscure points of view. Here is a sampling of artists who have painted the town – literally.
