Tiffany & Co. opens its doors in Columbus
Columbus, it’s time to open your own little blue box. Tiffany & Co. opened its doors Nov. 7 in Easton Town Center’s North District.
“One of the special things about Tiffany is we pull from our history. We pride ourselves on helping people celebrate life’s milestones and have for so long – from births, weddings and anniversaries to promotions and graduations,” says Director Christiane Branderhorst.
Charles Lewis Tiffany opened the first store in 1837, standardizing a fixed pricing system. “When you come in, you know what you’re going to be getting for the price. It was very revolutionary for him to do that then and we proudly carry on that tradition,” Branderhorst says.
The Columbus store is the 75th Tiffany location and the second in Ohio (after downtown Cincinnati).
“We selected Columbus because it is a premier shopping area, not just Easton, but the entire town. It is vibrant and it has such a strong luxury presence,” Branderhorst says. “Come in and find out why people have been shopping with us for nearly 175 years.”
