Celebrate National Home Remodeling Month by attending the BIA's 18th annual Showcase of Remodeled Homes May 5 and 6. Sponsored by the BIA Remodeler's Council, this scattered site tour will feature more than 20 homes showcasing extraordinary craftsmanship from Central Ohio's most highly-regarded remodelers.

 

Times are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $10 for the entire tour, or $3 for single site. Children 12 and under are free.

 

Featured projects include whole house renovations, two-story additions, landscaping projects and upgrades to kitchens, bathrooms and family rooms.

Parade of Homes at Pinnacle

The BIA is also hosting its annual Parade of Homes, and this year it will be at Pinnacle in Grove City June 9 through June 24, Monday through Saturday from noon to 9 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 6 p.m.

 

Twelve Central Ohio builders will showcase 12 luxury fully-decorated and landscaped homes in the $450,000 to $800,000 price range at Pinnacle, a 600-acre master planned golf course community in Grove City. This community is being developed by Pinnacle Development Company.

 

A one-day admission pass is $10. The Parade will also feature special events, concessions, family activities and entertainment.
