Tony Bennett Postpones Columbus Show
Symphony's gala was set for April 19

Legendary performer Tony Bennett will be the special guest at the Columbus Symphony Orchestra's annual gala. The event was scheduled for April 19 at 7 p.m. at the Ohio Theatre, 39 E. State St., but has been postponed due to illness.

 

A new date will be announced soon. All ticket holders will be notified.

 

Bennett has more than 100 recordings to his credit and has sold over 50 million records worldwide. All proceeds from the gala will benefit the education and outreach programs of the Symphony.


Premium package tickets are $2,500 per couple, or $1,250 for individuals. They include an exclusive pre-concert reception and post-concert dinner, as well as prime seating for the performance.

 

Patron packages are available for $1,000 per couple or $500 for individuals, and include admission to the concert and pre-concert reception. Preferred seating is also available for $500 per couple or $250 for individuals, and include complimentary champagne at intermission.
