Magic of the Night set to wow audiences

Magic of the Night is Illusionist Stephen Knight’s annual Halloween magic show, and features illusions, lights, music and special effects. Inspired by the traveling midnight ghost shows of the 1930s-1960s, it also provides chills and thrills for the entire family.

Magic of the Night will be performed at the Lincoln Theatre at 7:30 p.m. both Oct. 16 and 17.

Having studied various forms of magic for more than 20 years, Knight has refined his focus specifically to the discipline of theatrical illusion (think David Copperfield). Storytelling and magic are combined with modern theatrical technology to create unforgettable moments for the audience.

Since 2006, audiences in Columbus have marveled at the wonders happening live on stage during this production. The show evolves each year, with new magical sequences, updated special effects and other surprises. This year's show graduates from the Columbus Performing Arts Center to the larger Lincoln Theatre for even more magical possibilities.

Magic of the Night contains no blood or gore.

Tickets are $16, $22 and $28, plus fees. They are available at www.ticketmaster.com or www.capa.com.
